Online Sales Return Policy

At ATC, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy in accordance with UK consumer law.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • The product should not show any signs of damage, wear, or use, and must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are excluded from our returns policy:

  • Customised or personalised items.
  • Items that have been unsealed and used.
  • Items which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold once opened, such as certain electronics and accessories.
  • Any item specifically marked as non-returnable on our website at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You can contact our customer support team via info@accesstechnologycompany.co.uk.
  2. Return Authorization
    Once your return request is approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Packaging and Shipping
    Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documents. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping fees.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you can return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Your Rights Under UK Law

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. According to these regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. However, the returned goods must be in unused, resalable condition as stated above.
