We offer a range of awareness services to allow your workplace to become more aware of disabilities in your workplace.

Workplace Support

Our programme uniquely combines interactive activities and team bonding exercises, ensuring attendees gain comprehensive insights into the challenges faced by users with impairments and become equipped to foster more inclusive environments.

Deep understanding promotes inclusive action. Our curriculum empowers participants to champion disability awareness, equipping them with tools, techniques and understanding to transform their workplaces.

Equipment provision

We provide a full service equipment provisioning service. We can help with evaluating the right equipment, training on usage of equipment and finding what works out best for you and also supply of any required equipment.

Our goal at ATC is to ensure the right equipment is used to support a diverse workforce.

Access to work solutions

The Access to Work (ATW) scheme is designed to support individuals with disabilities or health conditions in the workplace. ATW will fund a maximum of £66,000 a year for additional support or equipment that levels the playing field and enables you to do the job to the best of your ability.

Every individual is unique, and at ATC, we ensure equipment recommendations transform into fully functional solutions. We will provide trial equipment and evaluation software to assist with the ATW assessment and ensure your needs are fully met.

We support you through the entire process, from initial application to equipment delivery and service provision, ensuring you are fully informed every step of the way.

Disabled Students Allowance

We understand the complexities of working with Disabled Students Allowance and ensuring the right solutions and adjustments can be made to allow equal access to university for all students.

ATC will assist in making sure that you receive the solution that benefits you and your educational institution. We will provide trial equipment and software to assist with the DSA assessment, ensuring your academic needs will be fully met.

potential realisation and empower you to excel in your studies.
